More than just the relaxing Spa music, I utilize Tibetan Singing bowls that offer a variety of vibrations and tones that relax the body. Stress reduction is one of the most important results of sound healing vibrations. Sound Therapy deeply connects our emotional and physical bodies. Emotional imbalances are the root of many physical diseases. These tones and vibrations affect all cells in our bodies, balance both hemispheres of the brain, cleanses negative energies and emotions, increases energy flow and creativity, stimulates circulation and reduces stress levels.
The Hot tub is a great way to relax the superficial muscle groups by increasing circulation, reducing pain and stiffness and allowing me to spend more time on the problem areas because your muscles are already relaxed.
I have always associated Massage Therapy with Art. There is a unique connection I make artistically as I sketch the muscles from origin to insertion, moulding them like clay under my fingertips. I love the flowing nature of massage as if gliding a paint brush over a canvas. This project represents a peaceful image as clients enter the massage room, my hopes to encourage relaxation through imagery.

A relaxing room where you can de-stress before your massage and continue relaxing even after your massage! Enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, tea, Kombucha or water.
